The assignment is scheduled to cover a leave, ending around 05/14/2027, with a work schedule of five days a week, eight hours per day. Job Details: Schedule: Working 5 days, 8-hour shifts per week Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; current Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license or compact for Colorado; no minimum experience required; BLS certification through the American Heart Association; mandatory flu vaccination from October 1st through April 1st. Preferred Qualifications: At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred Additional Information: The position requires the traveler to reside at least 75 miles away from the facility. Housing options include newly remodeled studio or one-bedroom apartments near the facility, with utilities and Wi-Fi included. The assignment begins on 10/13/2026 and ends on 03/30/2027.
