This role involves providing acute inpatient care in areas such as Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical units. The position requires a licensed physical therapist with experience understanding pathology, laboratory values, and interdisciplinary communication to effectively manage a caseload of 8-10 patients daily. Job Details: Location: Yuma, Arizona Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week Start Date: 10/05/2026 Required Qualifications: Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license in hand and active, BLS certification, at least 1 year of clinical experience outside of clinicals, understanding of pathology, lab values, and interdisciplinary communication Preferred Qualifications: Experience with total joints, cerebrovascular accidents, congestive heart failure, COPD, sepsis; familiarity with acute inpatient settings including emergency department and medical-surgical units Units and Settings: Acute inpatient; covering ED & Med Surg areas Caseload: 8-10 patients per day Shift Notes: 8 or 10 hour day shifts, with flexible weekend coverage (2-3 days/month), and no self-scheduling; holiday rotations apply Certifications: BLS certification required Additional Information: Start dates are fixed, with no flexibility; location is within a 100-mile radius; no more than 5 days of planned time off (RTO); unit notes specify start date and caseload details; client may cancel hours equivalent to weekly guaranteed hours for the duration of the assignment as per cancellation policy.
