The role emphasizes patient-centered care, effective communication, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Job Details Required Qualifications: Masters degree; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; open to new graduates; patient-centered and team-oriented approach with strong communication skills. Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m., 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, including every other weekend. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: Provides evaluation and treatment for patients in acute rehabilitation and may float to evaluate and treat medical-surgical and intensive care unit patients as needed. The patient population includes adults with neurological, orthopedic, traumatic, and functional mobility diagnoses.
