Requirements

• Certification in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure (Kentucky or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Ability to work 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Reside 60 miles or greater from the facility.
• Possess required certifications prior to the start date.
