Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $3,200 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting August 17, 2026, in Oakland, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in Contra Costa County, CA.
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, days.
• Expand territory as needed.
• Use Kinnser documentation system and equipment issued: iPad, Verizon One Talk.
• Meet productivity requirement of 30 points per week, equivalent to 1.33 hours per point.
• Manage caseloads and visit mixes averaging 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapist license.
• One year of experience in home health.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
