Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Gloucester, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• At least one year of experience in home health physical therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of home health insurance billing processes.
• Experience with telehealth platforms.

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package including a tax-free stipend to be determined. The position includes 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a duration of 13 weeks starting July 27, 2026.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
