Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting in Ellensburg, WA

Qualifications

• Certification in Physical Therapy
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Valid state licensure
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in home health care
• Availability to work days with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Must be able to start as soon as possible following credentialing

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
