Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $2,663 per week

Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passport and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM-CPT certification preferred.

Pay
