About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position lasting 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM)
• Start date: 09/02/2026

Responsibilities

• Conduct start of care assessments and regular revisits for home health patients.
• Utilize EPIC system for documentation and patient management.
• Complete OASIS assessments accurately and timely.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management strategies.

Requirements

• Recent home health experience required.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• OASIS certification required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license.
