Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience with HCHB is required
- Physical Therapist License is required
- CPR certification is required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- 40 hours per week
- No on-call or weekend requirement
- Coverage areas include Caroline, Queen Anne, and Talbot
- Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
- Dress code: Navy Blue
