Travel Physical Therapist Home Health - $2,600 per week

Job Summary

Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health is needed to provide direct patient care services to clients in a home health setting. The role involves collaborating with team members, participating in care planning, working independently, and handling various rehabilitation equipment such as splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and modalities.

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start date: 10/19/2026
• End date: 01/18/2027
• Float rotation may be required

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
• Current work history within the past year
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
• Massachusetts driver’s license
• Proficiency with home health care, including OASIS documentation
• Experience in acute nursing care (hospital‑based) and home care

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care experience
• Certified home health experience

Additional Information

• Candidate must have their own vehicle
• Permanent address must be included in the profile
• Must be able to pass a fit test with an N95 mask

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
