About the role

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Centralia, Washington. This role offers the opportunity to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Assignment Details

  • Duration: 13 weeks, starting 08/23/2026
  • 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
  • Employment Type: Travel
  • Coverage area includes Centralia and surrounding areas
  • No on-call or weekend requirement
  • Mileage reimbursed between patient visits (from first patient to last patient, excluding travel from home to first patient and last patient to home)
  • Dress code: navy blue scrubs (navy blue top with khaki shorts)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License (required to start the assignment)
  • BLS Certification may be required (from AHA or ARC)
  • At least 1 year of home health experience
  • Minimum Education Requirement: Doctoral
