About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel home health position in Montgomery and Upper PG County, Maryland. This contract role requires a minimum of 1 year of home health experience and an active Maryland Physical Therapist State License.
Schedule
- Day shift, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- 8-hour shifts from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for adult patients
- Implement therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and quality of life
- Complete necessary documentation and charting in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage a caseload of 6 visits per day
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist State License
- Current BLS certification
- HCHB experience preferred
