Requirements

• Active or pending state Physical Therapist license (or equivalent compact license)
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience
• Current resume
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference
• Must pass background check and urine drug screening

Pay

Highly competitive pay rates; pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
