About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 3, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Treat patients with a variety of conditions under the supervision of a physician
- Document patient progress using EPIC EMR
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
