Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $2,350 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Asheville, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Home Health or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments

Pay
