Travel Physical Therapist - Home Care - $1,966 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in St. Peter, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 5x8 hour schedule
• Drive to patient homes as needed
• Use an electronic medical record system

Requirements

• At least 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• Active PT license (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license
• Two professional references: one from within the last 12 months and one from within the last 3 years

Qualifications

• Reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
• Local candidates within 80 miles may be considered at a different rate
