Responsibilities
- Providing therapeutic interventions and monitoring patient progress.
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
- Supporting safe mobility using standardized safety practices.
- Collaborating with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
Schedule
Work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to implement therapeutic interventions effectively.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
