Travel Physical Therapist - Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel position in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team for effective planning
• Perform reassessments and update care plans based on patient response
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in medical records

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to perform reassessments and adapt treatment plans accordingly

Schedule

• 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts

Pay

Compensation ranges from $9,776 to $14,122 per month gross.
