Responsibilities

• Performing reassessments and updating care plans based on patient response
• Documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in medical records
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs

Schedule

Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
