About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel opportunity in Grover Beach, California.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team for effective care planning.
• Collaborate on therapy plans and discharge recommendations with the care team.
• Perform reassessments and update care plans based on patient response.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Schedule

Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Pay
