Responsibilities

• Evaluating functional status and developing individualized treatment plans
• Supporting safe mobility using standardized safety practices
• Communicating functional changes and barriers to the care team

Schedule

• 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks

Pay

• Approximate gross pay of $11,260/month
