Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to develop therapy plans and discharge strategies.
• Perform patient reassessments and update care plans based on responses.
• Support safe mobility using standardized safety practices during sessions.
• Ensure patient safety and effective therapy delivery.

Schedule

• 40 hours weekly with 8-hour shifts.
