Responsibilities
- Evaluating functional status and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Supporting safe mobility and adhering to safety standards during sessions.
- Communicating functional changes and barriers to the care team to assist in care planning.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.
- Strong communication and patient assessment skills.
