About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a travel assignment in Grover Beach, California.
Responsibilities
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs.
- Communicating functional changes and barriers to the care team to support planning.
- Collaborating with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations.
- Performing reassessments and updating plans based on patient response.
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, ensuring comprehensive patient care and effective communication within the team.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to perform patient assessments and adapt care plans accordingly.
