Responsibilities
- Assists in the provision of physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assists in the assessment of patients' physical condition and develops treatment plans.
- Administers therapeutic exercises and treatments as directed by the supervising physical therapist.
- Documents patient progress and communicates with other healthcare team members as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice.
