Travel Physical Therapist Assistant SNF / LTC - $1,484 per week

About the role

This contract position is for a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join a growing team at a SNF / LTC facility. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals

Requirements

• Must have earned an Associate's degree from an accredited school
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA

Schedule

• Days schedule
• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week duration
• Start date: ASAP
