Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - SNF/LTC - $1,449 per week

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
• Perform tasks such as positioning patients, administering treatments, and documenting patient progress.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8 hours shift, days schedule.
