Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Rehabilitation - $1,255 per week

About the role

This is a contract position for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) specializing in Rehabilitation. The role requires 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, and a 5x8 Days schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assuming responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into job performance.
• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Documenting patient progress and communicating with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Rehabilitation experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• Licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure in the state of NM.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
