Physical Therapy Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities

• Wyoming PTA license or ability to obtain
• Must have a tax home 50+ miles from facility
• Collaborate with daily with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Able to work with and around residents who may display challenging behaviors

Blended Hourly Pay Rate
