Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Watsonville, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress in the EPIC EMR system.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Active Physical Therapist License.
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
• Experience with EPIC EMR.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
