Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in Wyoming.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Benefits

Wellspring Nurse Source offers a competitive pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend to be determined. The position is a travel opportunity with a duration of 13 weeks starting on July 20, 2026.
