About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 15-week contract starting June 29, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License.
- BLS Certification.
Pay
Weekly gross pay of $1,715.00, subject to confirmation.
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 35 hours per week.
