About the role

Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position involving home visits to assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses to improve mobility and well‑being under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits.
• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses to improve mobility and well‑being under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Engage in periodic office meetings.
• Provide patient care in a variety of settings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Reliable transportation.
• Driver’s license.
• Familiarity with basic computer use.
• Knowledge of online HR and training platforms is preferred.
