Travel Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient - $1,488 per week

About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Danville, Virginia. The position will work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in patient care activities
• Perform routine patient care activities such as turning, positioning, and assisting patients with mobility
• Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• BLS certification
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
