Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in long‑term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings.
- Support therapy teams with treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license; Texas‑licensed or compact‑eligible.
- Minimum of two years recent LTC/SNF experience.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
