About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, located in Harrisonville, Missouri. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Help patients with exercises and activities of daily living
• Record patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• At least one year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within the United States

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
