Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health - $1,855 per week

Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant position based in West Bridgewater, MA. Responsibilities

• Provide patient treatment, implementation, and documentation under supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Travel within the designated territory to support home health patients.
• Conduct home visits and attend periodic office meetings.
• Maintain reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• At least 2-3 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
• Familiarity with general computer use and online HR and training systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health care.
• Prior work within specified regions such as Norton, Attleboro, Mansfield, Plainville, North Attleboro, Wrentham, Foxboro, or Seekonk.
• Ability to travel approximately 250 miles weekly.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as HCHB or PointCare.

Skills

• Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The assignment is scheduled to run from 08/31/2026 to 11/28/2026. Start date listed as 10/12/2026 with a duration of 13 weeks.
