Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health - $1,435 per week
About the role
RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Martinez, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in patient care activities
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred
- Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of work
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism in stressful situations
- Pass drug screen and background check
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer systems used in healthcare settings
