About the role
Skyline Med Staff Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Naples, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of patient care
- Perform routine tasks such as preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with mobility, and documenting patient progress
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in physical therapy assistant
- A current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association
- Active license in the state of the job location (if applicable)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) or equivalent
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
