About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Montesano, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,000.00 (Based on 40hrs)
Guaranteed 35hrs/Week
