CoreMedical Group is seeking a healthcare professional to provide exceptional patient care in a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant role in San Jose, California. This contract/travel assignment is 13 weeks with potential to extend, offering 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including hourly wages and tax-free stipends for meal, incidental, and housing expenses. Estimated weekly payments are subject to change until formal offer of assignment is made and accepted. Benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
