About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled PT treatments under the supervision of a PT
- Absorb and assist patients with mobility, strength, balance, and transfers
- Maintain patient safety and monitor their response to treatment
- Communicate patient progress to the supervising PT
- Accurately document treatments
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active (or pending) state PTA license
- SNF experience preferred, not required
Qualifications
- Experience with functional mobility, gait training, and patient interaction
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Skills
- Skilled in providing physical therapy treatments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills

Pay
