Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in the treatment of patients
• Implement treatment plans as directed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Credentialing requirements must be met
• Must have knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
