Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,796 per week

About the role

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA to join their growing team for a contract assignment. This is a contract position with a days schedule. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA, or actively in the application process for current state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Travel assignment, 13 weeks duration, ASAP start. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days schedule.
