Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,769 per week

Job Description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Lake Zurich, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness
• Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
• Active State License to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARCC (May Be Required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance
• Familiarity with general computer use and functions
