About the role
A great SNF / LTC facility is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization's vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patients' goals.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
Schedule
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
