Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,679 per week

A great SNF/LTC facility is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their growing team for a contract assignment. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed PT.
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or actively in the application process for current state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment type: Travel

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
