Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,660 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist in performing therapeutic exercises and activities to promote patient recovery.
• Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in home health or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical equipment and supplies.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and procedures.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
