Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Absorb patients with therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, transfer training, and functional mobility.
- Maintain patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and proper body mechanics.
- Complete timely documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient outcomes.
Requirements
- PMA license required.
- BLS required.
- Outpatient or rehab experience preferred.
Qualifications
